Shipping & returns

Plain terms. If something here doesn't cover your situation, write to us and we'll sort it out.

Shipping

We ship to United States addresses only, from Chicago, Illinois.
Standard shipping is $5 and typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Express is $15 and typically arrives in 1–2 business days. Orders of $75 or more ship free by standard service.
Orders placed by noon Central on a business day usually go out the same or next business day. You'll get a confirmation email from Stripe when you pay.
Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. If a package is late, contact us and we'll trace it.

You can return any unused rosin in its original box within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Rosin is a consumable, so a cake that has been used on a bow can't be resold and can't be returned. If you're unsure which hardness to buy, read the guide or ask us first; we'd rather help you choose than take a return.
To start a return, email orders@050rosinusa.com with your order number (it's in the subject line of your receipt). We'll reply with the return address.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is our mistake. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving, via Stripe.

If your rosin arrives cracked, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost, and we won't ask you to ship the damaged one back.

Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund in full. If it has, the return policy above applies.
